In this 6-week Buti yoga series, expect to sweat, laugh, jam out to a high-intensity dance playlist, while having the time of your life. You will increase your cardio endurance and tone your whole body. This series will help you feel alive and energized! Buti is for EVERYONE. No experience necessary at all. The basics of practice will be broken down at every class and modifications are more than welcome in this space.
