Our retreat schedule includes daily Kundalini, Vinyasa, or Buti yoga, led by Shira, and Chi Gong, Spiritual Practice, & Meditation led by Eddie. Nicaraguan meals of organic delectable cuisine, beach play & relaxation, surf lessons from expert instructors (beginners welcome!), monkeying around, making lifelong friendships, and of course, plenty of time to do you and fill your cup. This trip will be all about embracing life, rediscovering your joy, and celebrating the moment.

Because we are a small boutique hotel with just five casitas and two rooms, you are able to personally connect with us during your stay. Because we care deeply about the environmental impact we make running our hotel, Verdad is also eco-conscious and off the grid. Our drinking water is carbon filtered and our electricity is 100% solar powered.

Rooms are shared with one queen and one twin bed. Yes, you can room with your friend or partner! Views are gorgeous. Sleep is deep here, though you may here a howler monkey once or twice. :)

Three meals a day are pre-breakfast, late breakfast, and dinner. If you get hungry between meals, there’s a restaurant on the beach!
