My vibe is a celebration of yoga, spiritual feminine movement, and Ayurveda. These are all things I am passionate about and enjoy sharing with others. My goal is to merge these practices in an approachable way to create a strong, lasting connection to an individual's mind, body, and soul. I believe in leading an inspired yoga practice where practitioners move with intention. Purpose allows the body to heal and grow stronger facilitating a clearer and calmer mind. The nexus of mind, body, and spirit is where real life transformations take place. Take a journey with me as we explore together all the possibilities that exist when we take our yoga practice beyond the mat.
For me, a yoga class is so much more than just a class. It is an experience. From the music that orchestrates the movement, to the postures that align with the moon, sun, and stars, to the season and time of day, it is all connected and intertwined to be a catalyst for body, mind, and energy healing.
Yoga is just another form of dance, where you move to the rhythm of your breath and tap into the medicine of your essence. I believe yoga is one of the greatest healing resources we have and a consistent practice has saved me during the darkest of days. Come in with an open mind and a willingness to meet yourself where you are at.
