Our retreat schedule includes daily Meditation, Kundalini, Vinyasa, or Buti yoga, led by Shira, organic delectable Nicaraguan cuisine, beach play, and relaxation (a message is even included in your stay).

This week will be both adventurous and restorative, with optional (included) excursions, like surf lessons from expert instructors (beginners welcome!), fishing, snorkeling, zip-lining, horseback riding, visiting the sea turtle hatchery, and making lifelong friendships, all while filling your cup with plenty of time to do what feels right for you. This trip is all about embracing life, rediscovering joy, and celebrating the moment.
